humans is the debut release by zoal, a Los Angeles artist who produces a unique blend of industrial-electronic music and vaporwave. Similar to The Darkest Futures on Dream Catalogue, zoal’s modus operandi is to make samples as unrecognizably distorted as possible, with nods to the beat-tastic styles of Skinny Puppy and The Prodigy. A short four-track, ten-minute release.
