Blank Banshee’s three year hiatus ended last week with the release of MEGA (and the end of a much-hyped and oft-frustrating ARG), and to celebrate, the on-line music platform Bandcamp has interviewed the elusive-ish artist in celebration of MEGA‘s release. Bandcamp writer Simon Chandler spoke with Blank Banshee to discuss the “vaporwave” tag, abstract emotions in music, Simpsonwave, and whether or not fans will have to wait another three years for the next album (spoiler: no).
