Swamp Circle releases “✔ ｐｅｒｍａｎｅｎｔ ｖａｃａｎｃｙ” by Toad Computers

The vaporwave/plunderphonics label Swamp Circle has new music out from Toad Computers, titled ✔ ｐｅｒｍａｎｅｎｔ ｖａｃａｎｃｙ. It’s a whole lot noisier than previous albums by artists such as MindSpring Memories, mixing broken transmission and classic-style vaporwave with a distinctly glossy sheen that is a trademark of many Swamp Circle releases. “·•●ｏｎ! ●•·” is sub-three minute dronescape and “ｐｅｒｍａｎｅｎｔ м ａｓ к” is a weird start-stop ECCOJAMS clusterfuck; it all builds up to the twenty-four minute “✔ ｐｅｒｍａｎｅｎｃｅ,” a mallsoft track that sounds as if it were recorded next to the fountain on an especially slow Sunday. ✔ ｐｅｒｍａｎｅｎｔ ｖａｃａｎｃｙ is available as a pay-what-you-want digital download.
