Bludhoney releases “掘” by Delve

Last week, Bludhoney announced the imminent release of the label’s fifth album, titled by the artist Delve. This album is a six-track work of ambient electronic and noise music mixed together, at once peaceful and grating. Tracks such as “Mannerism” flip between chill synthesizers and harsh feedback and glitch music that holds similar appeal as “Nil Admirari” by Oneohtrix Point Never. “Last Caroline” is two-and-a-half-minutes of free jazz-ish percussion with encompassing, multi-source electronic sounds. The album is available for $2 USD as a digital download and for $10 USD on blood red cassette in an edition of fifty; the green fluorescent cassettes are already sold out.
