Online Records double release: Painter x Hantsal and Pure Light

The noise music/vapornoise label Online Records dropped two surprise albums a few days ago: LEAD, a collaboration between Painter and Hantsal, and Blue Sky by Pure Light. The former album features two tracks named after different covalent compounds of lead, produced in the style of ECCOJAMS with Merzbow-like percussion, rings, and bass rumbles; kind of similar to Online Records’ earlier live album. The latter album is a single long-form track with the fastest percussion thus put out on Online Records. It’s a swirly release with super heavy delay and repetition of some parts that’s somewhat similar to the forty-minute “Burning Our Sins” by Employee#6817 on Eulogy. Both releases are available as pay-what-you-want digital downloads.
