Profound Lore releases “Heartless” by Pallbearer
Pallbearer is one of the foremost bands in modern doom metal, with previous albums Foundations of Burden and Sorrow and Extinction being featured on multiple best-of lists by the end of their respective years. Heartless is new music from this excruciating band. As with previous albums, tracks are quite long (only one dips below six minutes) and each track is a plodding monstrosity of feedback, down-tuned guitars, and wails.
