Flamingo Vapor releases “SYZYGY” by ゴールデンアイ1997

SYZYGY is like a mix of classic-style vaporwave and retro-new-age music (“nu age”?) from ゴールデンアイ1997, available through Flamingo Vapor. This album consists of twenty tracks of vaporwave music produced to sound like an introduction to a relaxation seminar. ゴールデンアイ1997 is a collaboration between vaporwave artists sunstream and アースELIXIR. Some tracks (e.g. “純粋な太陽抽出物”) are straight out of lo-fi classic-style like Riviera by Kodak Cameo, whereas others (e.g. “CALLMECALLMECALLME”) have a hypnagogic drift aesthetic. This release is available as a pay-what-you-want digital download.
