[Weekly Recap] 5 February – 11 February
A couple notable events concerning the Evaporated Sounds label and the Vapor Memory service occurred, with the latter having their YouTube live-streaming privileges revoked until May barring an appeal (see the below Twitter link for more information). Otherwise, substantial amounts of music released this past Friday and Saturday with a new album from the mallsoft subgenre, which hasn’t seen a lot of love in recent months. 2018 so far has seen a dearth of hardvapour and ghost tech albums – Dream Catalogue notwithstanding.
