Gulf Audio Company releases “GALA” by METAPRISE APPLICATIONS

GALA is what it the album title implies: an uptempo mix of classic-style vaporwave brought to you by METAPRISE APPLICATIONS via Gulf Audio Company. The album’s main shtick is incorporating production changes within the same track, as if the headphones are going in and out of the plug or if you had a weird download from Limewire. This occasionally imparts a vapornoise aesthetic, as heard on album opener “META MIND OPERATIVES GALA – Inviting all partners & patrons to share this special evening hosted by yours truly!! 😇💖🌆🏙”. Recommended for fans of Universitat de Barcelona. It’s available as a pay-what-you-want digital download and for $9 USD on cassette.
