(No, that period is not a typo.) Excite. is classic-style vaporwave brought to you by MELTNET, available through the Australian label Sunset Grid. This release is seven tracks of classic-style vaporwave. Some tracks (e.g. “Cassette Girl”) incorporate careful editing on vocals to sound create a percussive looping aesthetic, similar to that used by Oneohtrix Point Never on Replica but not nearly as existential. Excite. is available as a pay-what-you-want digital download.
