My God, that album artwork is 90s. Aphelion Drift is a new release out on the Japanese label Seikomart (which has ties to both Sud Swap Audio Brewing and Botanica1) that merges narrative space music with ECCOJAMS. The album purports to document the titular space station of Aphelion Drift, with tracks being ECCOJAMS-style edits of Japanese music, adult contemporary, and pop music with all the narcotic influences that ECCOJAMS sells. It’s available as a pay-what-you-want digital download.
