Power Lunch releases “Instore Promo Tape” by Video Head Cleaner

Instore Promo Tape is a fresh release from the Power Lunch recording label, brought to you by the artist Video Head Cleaner. This album – stated to be released on 20 June 1988 – is a signalwave release that presents various samples from advertisements, chopped-and-screwed music, and other materials through self-described “trailers” and “promos”, as if the tape is to be played literally within stores. Recommended for fans of narrative vaporwave releases, and certainly for fans of telenights by ghosting. It’s available as a pay-what-you-want digital download and for $6.50 USD on “white label” cassette in an edition of twenty.
