Gulf Audio Company releases the “TAKEAWAVE” compilation album

TAKEAWAVE – subtitled Sunset Grill (ugh) – is a new compilation album released through Gulf Audio Company that features twelve tracks by artists from the roster of Sunset Grid, an Australian vaporwave label that’s friends with GAC. Sunset Grid mainstays like b l u e s c r e e n, b l u e__Δ C I D, and danger.ファルコン.1989 all make an appearance – along with others like Navelgazer$ Int’l. and Tito Machete ティトマチェーテ. Of course, all track titles make some kind of reference to the fast food industry. Tracks are classic-style vaporwave edits and broken transmission. TAKEAWAVE is available as a pay-what-you-want digital download; the cassette edition is already sold out.
