Stratford Ct. releases the “Iterum” compilation
Stratford Ct. is one of those old-school future funk labels that started up in the early 2010s. It’s been intermittently active for the last few years, but every now and then an album drops. This week gave us two, one of which is the Iterum various artists compilation. Released in celebration of having 10,000 followers on the Soundcloud service, Iterum features seventeen tracks from a variety of synthwave and future funk artists such as Shadley Peterson, HAWAII94, Yung Bae, Flamingosis, and RISONAM. Tracks balance heady and dancey listening. Iterum is available as a pay-what-you-want digital download, and there’s also a themed t-shirt available for $25 USD in an edition of twelve.
