Verbatim Consciousness Recordings releases “nights” by hotline

Verbatim Consciousness Recordings’ celebration of the Fortune 500 label and the discography of artist luxury elite continues with nights by hotline. Had it not been released as a hotline album, it’d be very easy to listen to this and immediately think it were luxury elite or similar album. Tracks are nearly-entirely instrumental new wave and adult contemporary songs from some bygone area (like the eighties) that’s produced with a big-city, late night lo-fi sheen. As with other albums such as sunset夕日 by 「サンセット Ｎｅｔｗｏｒｋ❾❶」, it’s a very dated album that’s mostly constructed with loops that are just-noticeable at the cut point. nights is available as a pay-what-you-want digital download.
