Seikomart releases “Mejiro School of Design” by bibliyotekè

Seikomart is back with something from bibliyotekè, by way of Mejiro School of Design. It beings with a two-minute field recording of nature sounds and travel, aptly titled with a list of navigational directions one may take to get to the eponymous school. The next two tracks are both seventeen/eighteen minute vapordrone recordings simply titled “101a. Colour” and “101b. Colour”, ostensibly referring to the classrooms that new students would take at the fashion school. There’s plenty of tape hiss and weird, dark ambiance; for fans of Chinese Hackers, Online Records, and 王阳明. It’s available as a pay-what-you-want digital download.
