Sud Swap releases “Protocol B” by Bit Dream

Sud Swap is a label based down in Miami, FL (which, come to think of it, has to be the most vaporwave city ever, other than Tokyo), and Protocol B by Bit Dream is their newest album available. This album is retro-synth with some tastes of vaporwave, sounding kind of like a cinematic outrun label but without the flashy lights and fast cars milieu that such a tag typically implies. The album’s twelve tracks are generally cyberpunky and retro-futuristic, with such instrumental features as computer blips and bloops on “Data Transfer Corrupted” and ghost tech/trip-hop on “Alignment.” It’s available as a pay-what-you-want digital download.
