Vice ’98 releases “ECCOJAM MIXTAPE” by ImCoPav

Here we have new music from ImCoPav out on Washington state label Vice ’98. ECCOJAM MIXTAPE is an album of classic-style vaporwave and sample curation of electronic music and adult contemporary that sounds straight from the mid/late-80s. Contrary to its title, ECCOJAM MIXTAPE doesn’t have much of the chopped-and-screwed microsamples so heavily utilized by Chuck Person’s ECCOJAMS Vol. 1, but it should please fans of samplism artists such as waterfront dining and Phoenix #2772. It’s available as a pay-what-you-want digital download; the cassette edition is already sold out.
