Tetra Systems reissues “夢の中で失われました” by s a k i 夢 on vinyl
Tetra Systems is back with a reissue of 夢の中で失われました by s a k i 夢 – a.k.a. saki the fish – on vinyl in recognition of the album’s one-year anniversary. It is Tetra Systems’ first vinyl album, following several releases on cassette. It’s the first album in the “fishvapor” style, which utilizes slushy and ambient passages amidst ECCOJAMS-esque samplism to create a milieu as if the listener is underwater. By comparison to other albums in the Tetra Systems catalogue, 夢の中で失われました is more beat-oriented, with tracks such as “1夢: 日の出” taking on some semblance of glitchy techno. The album is currently available on a pre-order basis in an edition of 100. Tetra Systems asks buyers to purchase through this qrates link rather than through bandcamp; the qrates link is selling the album for $18 USD.
