Online Records releases “Safety” by Ui

Oh man. That Windows gradient brings me back to way too much time spent as a young kid playing with Word Art and Paint. Safety by Ui is a new single-track vapordrone album released through Online Records. As with many OR releases, no further information is given about the psuedonym or album. The track slowly develops from soft, oscillating synths through shifting static to clearer tones buried under soft levels of fuzz. Recommended for fans of ADOV and Keito Shimuguchi. It’s available as a pay-what-you-want digital download.
