Bedlam Tapes releases “Koko” by Jobanshi

Jobanshi is a Tokyo-based audio producer who has been making music under that name since 2012. Koko is his newest album, now out on Bedlam Tapes. It comprises field recordings and ambient music to create an imaginary fantasy soundtrack. Fans of dreampunk music should take note; there are several similarities between Jobanshi’s work and those of Dream Catalogue artists such as Shima33 and Yoshimi. It’s available as a pay-what-you-want digital download and for $10 USD on cassette in an edition of fifty.
