Business Casual releases “It’s a Big World” by Asha Mirr
We’ve got a strange new one today: It’s a Big World by Asha Mirr, this week’s release for Business Casual. In sharp contrast to the future funk and vaporwave of the past few weeks, It’s a Big World is a highly experimental electronic music album that incorporates elements of instrumental hip-hop, dub music, dark ambient, classical, and IDM. Most tracks are fairly long, with two at exactly seven minutes forty seconds, and closer “1000 Languages” surpassing twelve minutes. Recommended for fans of Question Records and & Options. It’s available as a pay-what-you-want digital download and for $8 USD on cassette in an edition of fifty.
