Well, I know that album will win the “best use of alt-codes” superlative at the end of the year. █▀█ is the newest album by patâgoniå, whose music is a concept series about different high adventure products sold through the titular band. Like earlier albums, █▀█ is six tracks of hypnagogic drift with a rather lugubrious affect, one that might surprise those who associate commercial-based vaporwave projects with mallsoft. Choice track is “Tehuelche’s revenge”. █▀█ is available as a pay-what-you-want digital download and for $9.99 USD on cassette.
