& Options releases “1” by FD
FD is an alias of factory_default, a vaporwave and ambient music producer. 1 is a full-length by FD available through the & Options label, which releases various types of experimental electronic music including vaporwave. 1 mixes ambient vaporwave, dark ambient, and vapornoise music. It’s twenty tracks long, with tracks ranging from between a half-minute to almost eight minutes in length. They feature low, understated tones primarily within low frequencies. Some tracks (e.g. “1.2379”) include glitch-esque percussion. This is a release designed to be heard in a single sitting rather than as individual tracks. 1 is available for $4 CAD as a digital download and for $8 CAD on cassette in an edition of twenty-six.
