Bogus Collective releases “Carried by the Current” by d r o w n i n g もろさ

Drowning is a terrifying way to die. Thankfully, d r o w n i n g もろさ has not missed that on Carried by the Current, out on Bogus Collective. This sixteen-track full-length takes on the “fishvapor” aesthetics once practiced by Tetra Systems (RIP). It features disaffected edits of adult contemporary music and other sources, giving the music a drifting-in-water (or sinking-in-water) atmosphere. Pretty melancholy, even if the source material are not. Choice track is “Into You”. Carried by the Current is available as a pay-what-you-want digital download.
